  1. CREATIVE PROJECT CANVAS

The Creative Project Canvas, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, is open for building other approaches and variations on the concept. Where variations of Creative Project canvas are going to be made, recognition of the original source material must be included on the variation. The text and link creativeprojectcanvas.com, the logo and link of Break-in the Desk, logo of Creative Commons and the logo of Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union should be clearly visible and legible under every canvas. This license requires that others who use our work in any way must give us credit in contacting us on Facebook profile (private message or public post): sharing where and for what you are using the Creative Project Canvas. Because people can share their work and experience for networking and sharing the idea of Creative project Canvas with other people to help them with their problems. We let you copy, distribute, display, perform, modify and use Creative Project Canvas for any purpose other than commercially. New versions of Creative Project Canvas must be non-commercial and acknowledge us. You do not have to license your derivative works on the same terms.

So, the Creative Project Canvas tool is there for you to use without restriction in modelling your own or other people’s creative ideas. If you wish to include the Creative Project Canvas in software solutions, it would be good business practice to first contact Break-in the Desk project managers to discuss your intended use.

2.WORK PLAY BOOK

The Work Play Book, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, is closed for building other approaches and variations on the book. No transformations and editions are available. The text and link creativeprojectcanvas.com, the logo and link of Break-in the Desk, logo of Creative Commons and the logo of Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union should be clearly visible and legible under every Work Play Book. All CC licenses require that others who use our work in any way must give us credit by contacting us on Facebook profile (private message or public post): sharing where and for what you are using the Work Play Book. If you want to use the Work Play Book without giving us credit or for endorsement purposes, you must get our permission first. This license is the most restrictive of main licenses, we only allow you to download the Work Play Book and share it with others as long as you credit us, but you can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.

The Work Play Book is created for learning and teaching others how to design an idea and use Creative Project Canvas in practise.

We suggest you the template of workshop by using the Work Play Book and Creative Project Canvas. You can modify, copy or use it as a base or a part for your workshop. If you want to get the exact workshop template with all games, details and explanations, please contact us and we will send it to you. This workshop template is for non-commercial using.

  1. MATERAHUB

It is a lead partner of the Break-in the Desk project. It is the manager of the website. The role of partners to create CPC and WPB.

The Work Play Book and Creative Project Canvas have been published in 2016 as part of the Break-In the Desk project and created by partners of the project. Consortium Materahub is the manager of the website www.creativeprojectcanvas.com and according to partners working on dissemination of output of the project. Materahub and project partners are not responsible for your use and goals and failures of using Creative Project Canvas, Work Play Book and workshop template (declaration of responsibility). Materahub has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using Break-in the Desk tools or services.

We appreciate the willingness of our customers and friends to submit ideas that will expand our product offerings or make our existing products better. But you are taking complete and personal responsibility for all actions, goals and choices by using these tools. The primary goal of this policy is to avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure that no one discloses anything to Break-in the Desk partners based upon expectations that are not mutually understood prior to the disclosure.
